If I ever live in New York I wouldn’t mind coming home to this luxury town home everyday. For that matter I would never want to leave. Truly a building all to yourself, the Murray Hill town home was reconstructed from the ground up. I love the wide open spaces and all the natural lite as well as the modern minimalist look. Heard on the “Today” show a Russian Billionaire breaks world record in the purchase of Villa Leopolda, a Belle Époque mansion in Villefrance on the Côte d’Azur. The purchase totaled €500 ($750 million).
Is this a dream come true, or a “show” of power & wealth? Hmmm, seeing that the buyer remained anonymous maybe it was genuinely a dream come true. My dream home would currently weigh in right around 2.5 million. I guess the more you’re exposed to larger horizons the bigger your goals are? One thing I do know, is I will not pay that much money for a home. Then again some people would never pay 2.5 million for one either. Which is why it all boils down to who you are, and what it is you truly want out of life.

With the stainless outer walls, temperature controlled red wood interior, and computer inventory system, your (would be) Vegas money would be well spent.
