All I can say is 2009 has been a rough one, packed with lesson’s learned and hard times. People learned how to cope, adjust and adapt to change. I personally learned that everything happens for a reason and that if the path was easy it wouldn’t feel as sweet once you’ve made it. In 2009 I lost things as did many, but gained an inner wisdom of what I’m capable of and the obstacles I can over come. This year has taught me how to deal with defeat, and change the strategy when needed. Dreams were tarnished but re-purposed with even more expectation and hope. I hated going through 2009, but am glad it happened. Enough about that.

Now that a new decade is here, so is a new focus, determination and all out pursuit for your dreams. Throw caution to the wind and go after what it is you dream about. Make your life what you have envisioned!

• Think about what you love and are passionate about
• Make a plan to turn that passion into your livelihood
• Start Executing your plan one piece at a time
• Don’t wait for the plan to be complete (it never will be). Plan enough to get started.
• Last, live the dream, and tell others exactly how you got there, so that you may be an inspiration to others facing the same challenges!

I figured it would only be a matter of time before the web fully invaded the rest of our lives besides personal computers and smart phones. Google Services is going to be fully integrated in the new Audi A8 via BornRich. That includes Google Earth, Maps, and Local Search. I already feel like there is nothing I don’t know with the web at my side. Now it will be that much easier to get to that vital info even when on a road trip. I guess I should by an Audi 1st…lol

Next thing someone is gong to tell is that you can stream Netflix Movies to your center console whole driving. Yes, the traffic accident rate will increase.

This has been an interesting year indeed to say the least. Now as it’s about over I’m not afraid to say get the hell outa here! All life’s challenges provide valuable lessons and this years leaves me feeling like I got a Masters in coping with a Minor perseverance. Well the year is almost out. I say we reflect, think about how blessed we are to make it this far and start looking towards our dreams in 2010.

C’mon baby! When Tiger Woods can’t make it out of a year unscathed you know it’s bad…lol

I came back to work the following Monday explaining to a co-worker all the things I saw, and how it motivated me to stay focused on my dreams, because that’s how I want to be able to live my life. He quickly stopped my rant saying, “you don’t understand, you can’t live that way! The people that visit Miami with that lifestyle are those 1 in a million success stories from around the world. You can’t just think you can live that life”. I stopped him quickly with my rebuttal.

“You may put limitations on your life and what’s possible for you, but don’t try to share your limits with me.”

I believe you can’t know what you want out of life until you have seen it. Sometimes seeing something and visualizing it leads you to make drastic changes in your life to attain that thing you have set your mind on. If you sit in a Ferrari and set your mind that you will own one one day, even if you never make it, believing and chasing that carrot can pull you to a Mercedes-Benz SL 500. It may not be a Ferrari, but you will have made it much further by shooting at a high goal. Don’t let others determine what you can or can’t have in your life. People don’t realize how often they change lives by killing the dreams of others with their own insecurities about what’s possible. When someone expresses a dream to me, no matter how wild I think it is, I tell them to go for it. You can do anything you believe in and take action to really go after it.  I plan to be one of those 1 in a million travelers who one day cruises the streets of Miami in high style enjoying life without limits….

So in the past 4 months I must say have been very interesting. Dealing with the employment instability my wife and I have had to face coupled with my un-dieing thirst for success and dream realization is a cause for traps in productivity. I have found myself often times sitting around fantasizing about what I know my life will be like one day, yet there’s so much bad news, layoffs, and other roadblocks that continue to jump in my way when I’m on to something. One thing I can say is I never let my dreams fade though tough times keep hitting me. I also make sure I enjoy this journey and every second of my life. I see what I want my life to be and consist of, but I am also aware that the life I’m living in the present is pretty awesome too. Great friends and family is something I really feel blessed to have in my life.

With my ambition getting ever more intense I have ideas for products and businesses stacked up in queue just waiting to be acted upon. One mistake I have made in the past is trying to do too many things at a time. So I told myself from now on “one goal at a time” to give it my complete focus. Then once I have exhausted that idea or project I move on to the next one. I have noticed though when I get a great idea that’s so fresh and hot in my mind I jump in to develop it into something much bigger and substantial. When I do that my current projects get hurt a little…

So what do you do, jot the idea down until you complete the current one? What if the timing is right for this great new idea? I guess I’ll continue to follow the path God is laying out for me and follow my gut. I hope to be able to tell you about my current project really soon when it’s ready for launch. I wont stop chasing my dreams and doing the right things to make them reality.  I feel really good about my future. Something big is about to happen for me. Not sure what it is, but I feel it coming. One of my ideas is going to take off at just the right time. Let’s hope and pray it’s the current one. If not, I’ll just have to go into the proverbial “dream” waiting room.
